Founded in 1996, Hongjia is a large-scale auxiliary enterprise
affiliated to Shenzhen Suojia Group, which specializes in developing
and producing the plastic panels, lens and joypads of various
kinds of electronics such as DVD/VCD, Mini-combination and multimedia
sound boxes, based on the mold manufacturing and plastic shaping,
and integrating the oil-spraying, silk screen, computer SMD
and electronic assembling.
At present, we have a staff of more than 1,500 persons, the
senior and middle-level technicians accounting for 18%. More
than ten departments such as development, mold manufacturing,
plastic injection, oil-spraying and silk screen, and electronic
production have been set up. We have also imported CNC milling
machines, EDM processing equipment, Wire-cutting machines, injection
machine, transfer printing machine, IC non-dust silk screen
workshop, lens workshop and electronic assembling workshop.
We has implemented ISO9001:2000 International Quality Certification
system and modernized production management mode, built an effective
quality management and talent mechanism and strive to raise
the labor quality and quality awareness of each staff, thus
enhancing the productivity and ensuring the product quality.
Our main business scope includes DVD/VCD panels, MP3 facial
shells, joypads and lens. They won great popularity by their
novel design, fine quality technology and stable technical parameters.
